Personal information collected for the purposes of GAMSAT registration will not be disclosed to any third party other than the participating universities.

ACER will only process candidates’ personal and sensitive personal information for purposes directly connected to GAMSAT.  Your GAMSAT scores will only be released to UCAS and the universities to which you have applied. These universities will not have details of the other choices on your UCAS form, hence maintaining the UCAS agreement on invisibility of choices.

Test results may be used by relevant authorities through ACER for purposes of research into the GAMSAT programme. Candidates are assured that any use of registration and test records will be treated with the utmost confidentiality. Candidate names will be separated from data in all cases.

Your signature on the GAMSAT declaration form indicates your acceptance of all terms and conditions set out in this Booklet and to the processing of your personal and sensitive data for purposes connected to your GAMSAT registration.
