Appeals

ACER will not enter into appeals against GAMSAT results. Requests for remarking will not be considered. Should you have any complaint about a particular question on the day of the test, you should alert the supervisor to your concern and submit a written note before you leave the test centre. Your complaint will be reviewed and you will be notified of the outcome.

If necessary your complaint will be forwarded to the GAMSAT Ethics Committee. Similarly, any complaints relating to the testing venue or physical discomfort suffered should be reported to the supervisor on the day, or by email to the GAMSAT Office within seven days of the test administration.

It is not possible to give special consideration for impaired performance on the day of the test caused by unexpected or minor illness or misadventure.
