If you already have a valid GAMSAT score (either from a previous sitting of GAMSAT UK, or from a sitting of GAMSAT Ireland or GAMSAT Australia), you may use this to apply for admission in 2011. You must register with UCAS in the usual manner by the 15 October and provide to them your previous GAMSAT score. You must send your score to UCAS by 24 October 2010. Please include the test date and your GAMSAT ID number; UCAS will verify your scores with ACER.
Your GAMSAT UK results will automatically be passed by UCAS to the universities. This will include scores from the 2009 & 2010 GAMSAT UK Administrations. Only one score will be sent per applicant. If you have more than one valid GAMSAT UK score the best aggregate score (Highest Overall Score) will be sent.
UCAS does not hold GAMSAT-Ireland or GAMSAT Australia scores, so if you have a score from one of these tests you must notify UCAS by 24 October 2010. Include your scores, the test date and your ID number for the test you attended. UCAS will verify your scores with ACER.
You should be aware that university cut-offs may change from year to year, and GAMSAT scores that gained you an interview in one year may not be sufficient to gain an interview in the following year.
Note: GAMSAT scores older than two years from any sitting of GAMSAT are not valid and may not be used in any application.
